In case you haven’t noticed, it is cold and flu season 🙁 Which means, if you are feeling ill, please rest your bodies! If you come in while you are sick, it will take you longer to get over your sickness and you will spread your cooties to others–which isn’t very kind! 🙂

WOD:
  • Make up a missed workout
  • Spend 15-20 Minutes on mobility (EVERYONE NEEDS THIS!)
  • Spend 10-15 Minutes on skill work (of your choice)
  • Tabata Row

*We are still planning on going to the competition (announced in yesterdays post), but we need people!!!! If you are interested in doing it, talk with Jeremy! * We will be leaving at 12 on Sunday, and returning by 6pm!!!
