I like you guys.  I really do.  I just wanted to take a quick minute this morning and let all my athletes know how much I really enjoy working with them day in and day out.  It has been quite the exciting journey so far and I’m stoked to have the opportunity to help you all on your pursuits to be better in health/life/athletics.

Lv. 1- Front Squat 5×3 (+5lbs)
            Bench 3×5 (+5lbs)
*on last set of each exercise go for max reps
 
Lv. 2- Snatch Balance 5×3
            *Work up to 90-110% of Snatch
            Front Squat @ 70%
            *E.M.O.M. for 5 mins do 2 3-second pause squats.
             Remainder of minute hold a plank.
 
B.W.Volume- Tabata 2-Fer-1 wall ball
 
WOD- AMRAP in 8 mins:
             5 push press @ 80% of press
             7 pull ups
             9 KTE
 
Midline- Partner med ball throws 3×10
