We have some very exciting news to announce!!!! FRIDAY at 6pm we will be having a Paleo seminar! It will be an introduction of what Paleo eating is and WHY we do it! We are very excited to bring this information to this community so we hope you can make it! {THERE WILL BE YUMMY PALEO TREATS!!!} On Monday we will kick off a PALEO CHALLENGE—a chance for you to change your eating style and feel WAY better than you currently do! The challenge will be for 30 days– more information will be given at the seminar! We really hope you can make it! Eating Paleo has made me feel GREAT- I have more energy and I simply feel BETTER when I ignore the cravings for the foods that are not good for my body (this is Susie—Jeremy feels great all the time because he doesn’t give in to this cravings) :):) **Possible PRIZE to the Paleo Challenge winner!
