It’s simple-just come meet with us! We’ll start with a tour of the gym so you can see the space and get a feel for the environment. Then we’ll sit down together and chat about your goals, needs, and what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll recommend the best starting point for you. No pressure, no sales pitch-just a genuine conversation to help you take the first step toward feeling strong and confident.
Everyone’s experience will be a bit different, depending on their starting point and what they’re doing, but in general, you’ll begin by learning about CrossFit Worthy and how we do things. You’ll work closely with a coach to focus on proper form and safe movement, and you’ll both start getting to know each other-building a foundation for progress and support. If you’re new to strength training, you can expect to feel some soreness (it’s normal!). That just means your body is adjusting and getting stronger. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.
We do not offer discounts. At CrossFit Worthy, we believe in fairness-everyone pays the same price for the same high-quality coaching and services. This helps us maintain a consistent, supportive community where everyone’s effort is equally valued.
Wear something you feel comfortable moving in-athletic clothes and a good pair of tennis shoes are perfect. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, but we also have a drinking fountain, bottle filler, and cold electrolyte drinks available for purchase. That’s it! Just come ready to move, learn, and have fun.
No, we’re not open 24/7. We offer CrossFit group classes at the following times: 5:00 AM, 6:15 AM, 7:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 5:30 PM (with an additional 6:30 PM class on Tuesdays and Thursdays only). For Semi-Private and Personal Training, sessions are available by appointment between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Yes, we do! Our personal trainers are highly educated, experienced, and dedicated to helping you succeed. They work hard to understand your goals and tailor each session to your individual needs. Scheduling is flexible, and your trainer will always aim to create a plan that fits both your lifestyle and your fitness journey.
We offer a variety of programs to fit your fitness journey, including CrossFit group classes, semi-private training, personal training, and specialized classes for Legends (60+), Teens, and Kids. Our services also include Strength Training and Nutrition Coaching. As the seasons change, we frequently introduce specialty programs like Running, Powerlifting, and Olympic Lifting to keep things fresh and challenge you in new ways.
No, we do not offer childcare at this time.
Our facility is conveniently located between Central Concrete and The Summit Steakhouse. We share a parking lot with State Farm Insurance, so parking is easy and accessible!
No, we don’t offer open gym. At CrossFit Worthy, every session is coached-and coached with purpose. We believe in providing intentional, high-quality guidance to help you train safely and effectively.
