13.1!!! The CrossFit Games are in the horizon! Don’t know what the CrossFit Games are?– it is basically the Olympic’s for CrossFitters! To qualify for the games you first need to qualify for regional’s, and doing all the 13.1-13.5 workouts is how 🙂 

So, lets get to it. 13.1 WOD is:

AMRepsAP in 17 minutes:
40 Burpees
30 Snatches (75/45)
30 Burpees
30 Snatches (135/75)
20 Burpees
30 Snatches (165/100)
10 Burpees
Max Reps  Snatches (210/120)
