“Every single day you should be  giving every ounce of your being into that lift, into that workout, into that mobility, into that midline, into whatever you are doing. Leave the box feeling like you worked hard and that you gave it all you got.” Words of wisdom from Katelyn Beno! She gets it.  Pay attention to what you are doing and don’t just go through the motions.  Stop trying to “game” every workout to try and get the best score at the end of the day.  It is called “training” for a reason.  Do not “sandbag” a WOD, give it everything you’ve got for the WHOLE time, not just in the last 2 minutes or that last round.  Have the courage to venture into failure and struggle during training.  When competition and life come down to the wire, you will fall back on and rely on your level of training.  So push the limits and be prepared!
