                   2B.) Ring Rows 3x max reps
Skills-  Snatch Balance 5×3
WOD- AMRAP in 8 minutes:
12 KB Swings
10 Push-ups
8 Ball Slams
 
Midline- GHD Sit-ups 3×10
 
On-Rampers:
Skill- Wall-Ball
 Kipping Pull-Ups
Strength- Dead Lift (+10#) 3×5
WOD-  5 Rounds for time:
     7 Wall Ball
     7 Push Press
    7 Pull-up (progression)
Midline- Tabata side planks
