Also, IT IS SUPER NICE OUTSIDE! We have the big door OPEN! Come in for a WONDERFUL workout with a nice breeze! (we wont be getting many more of these this year!!!)

Over the weekend we had an Oly meet, where we worked on getting better form and PR’s on Clean & Jerks, and Snatching! Well done to all who came and participated! Most everyone got PR’s on BOTH! Awesome!!! Here are some pictures::
