Level 2: Clean & Jerk 60% 2×2, 70% 1×4, 80% 1×4
Press 5@75%, 3@85%, 1+@95%
WOD:
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
8 Knees to Elbows
10 Push Press @ 75-80%
12 Double Unders / 30 Singles Unders
 
Midline- Reverse Hyper Extension 3×10
