SWOD- Band bell bench press 3×10
WOD- Death by squat clean & jerk. On the first minute complete 1 squat clean & jerk, on minute 2 complete 2 reps, on the 3rd complete 3 and so on for 12 minutes. If you do not complete the required amount of reps within the minute you will stop performing squat clean & jerks and will instead finish the 12 minutes with burpees.
