WARM-UP: 3 Rounds:

STRENGTH: E2M
1.) Back Squat
2.) Dip/Push Ups (weighted)
5@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, 5+@85%
WOD: 11.4 AMRAP in 10:00
60 Bar Facing Burpees
30 OHS (Overhead Squats) 120/90#
10 Muscle Ups
