Membership Policy

Our goal here at Worthy is to help you. We want to help you physically be more fit, be healthy, be strong in all areas, and help you to be all you can and want to be. We’ve seen that by adding a challenging yet positive and rewarding place for you to excel at, it changes a person. It changes how one looks at problems, how one conquers tasks, and how those things come together to enhance ones self-esteem.
Our goal is to help everyone that enters our facility, and to do that we need the reliable resources. With reliable resources comes necessary updates to our Membership Policy. We love having you all be a part of our Worthy Family and for helping us to grow, continue to serve you the best we can, and become an asset to our community.
Membership Policy:

  • 5-day grace period for payments. After 5-days, a $5 late fee will be added per day until payment is made.
  • 2-Week notice for ALL membership changes. If less than a 2-week notice, a $25 rush fee is charged.
  • Any refunds will have $25 deducted from refunded amount.
  • All Memberships are auto-renewing and must have a payment method on file.
